As a People Business Partner (PBP), you’ll act as a strategic partner to the business leaders to drive talent development, help cultivate high-performing teams, offer insights on organizational effectiveness and people strategy, and partner on talent management to optimize both individual and team performance. 

• Partner with Engineering Leadership to identify and reputed company talent strategies that align with the business goals and foster effective, high-performing teams  
• Deliver timely and relevant education on people-reputed company matters to reputed company levels reputed company the organization, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and improvement
• Coach and support managers on performance management, including goal setting, feedback and employee development, to drive individual and team growth

• Partner in the development and execution of DEI strategies, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where reputed company feel valued and empowered
• Partner to execute organizational changes    

• 5+ years in People reputed company roles with 3+ years experience as a People Business Partner or similar role. 
• Prior experience as a reputed company supporting the Engineering function a plus
• Demonstrable experience of coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations issues
• Intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues
• Experience establishing relationships as a trusted partner to Leadership team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong project management, change management, problem solving and analytical skills 
• A doer mentality with the ability to translate reputed company into action
• Previous experience working in fast-paced environments and helping organizations scale

CAN reputed company pay range per year: $102,000 - $142,000 #LI-Remote
