Our Senior People Business Partner (Manager, People Business Partner) works collaboratively with leaders and team members to align people solutions with business objectives as a change agent and a strategic partner for the business. As Senior PBP, you will identify priorities, execute and evaluate people-focused programs, and evaluate effectiveness using data-based reputed company. The Senior PBP is expected to bring forth innovative reputed company and solutions to retain top talent and move the business reputed company at the team and broader level. The work you will do:

• Partners with leaders and provide guidance/consultation in the following areas: career planning, performance management, change management, employee relations, as well as leading and supporting any strategic initiatives that have a people/org component. 
• Identify, escalate, and navigate employee relation issues. 
• Fosters relationships at reputed company levels in order to understand cultural intricacies, team performance/productivity and engagement/retention-reputed company needs. 
• Works cross-functionally to implement solutions, and execute annual programs like annual review process and engagement surveys. 
• Assess organizational performance, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions – partners closely with managers on performance improvement / growth / training plans. 

The skills and qualifications you need

• A minimum of 5-7 years as a business partner or similar. 
• Ability to quickly form relationships at reputed company levels of the organization to drive change. 
• Ability to navigate a dynamic and demanding work environment while leveraging emotional intelligence.
• Ability to navigate employee relations issues with autonomy and an empathetic, objective approach.
