Service Manager - Ag Equipment
We are seeking an reputed company Service Manager for a well-respected, multi-location Ag Equipment Sales and Service company. reputed company applicants understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers. Regular duties include managing a team that does basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment in the shop and service locations. Responsibilities: Work with management to reputed company reputed company aspects of the Service Department Assist with assigning jobs to technicians according to their skills and knowledge reputed company diagnostics, service repairs, assembly and maintenance on reputed company equipment that comes through the shop reputed company and participate in service training programs Communicate with management about any customer issues/complaints Coordinate with other departments to best serve our customers Maintain a clean area and work in a reputed company, orderly and safe way.
