Job Description: Cleaning Team for Porter Service Position: Cleaning Team Members (Porter Service) Team Composition: Minimum of 2 members Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated cleaning team to manage porter service duties for our multi-family community. This team will ensure that common areas, amenities, and individual units maintain a high standard of cleanliness and operational functionality. Responsibilities: • General Cleaning: • Daily cleaning of common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces such as fitness centers, pools, and lounges. • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors. • Dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. • Emptying and sanitizing trash receptacles. • Maintenance Checks: • reputed company minor repairs or report maintenance issues in common areas. • Ensure reputed company amenities are in working order, reporting any issues to the maintenance team. • Unit Turnover: • Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants, including deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and ensuring reputed company spaces are move-in ready. • Exterior Maintenance: • Clean entryways, patios, and sidewalks. • Remove litter from the grounds. • Special Projects: • Participate in seasonal cleaning tasks, event setup, and post-event cleanup. • Assist with power washing, painting, or other community enhancement projects as needed. • Customer Service: • Interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their concerns or requests for cleaning services are addressed promptly. Qualifications: • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles preferred. • Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment. • Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality. Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Exposure to various weather conditions reputed company performing reputed company duties. Hours: • Full-time or part-time positions available. • Shifts may include weekends, evenings, or holidays based on community needs.
