This role involves developing wireframes, managing design iterations based on business feedback, producing prototypes, documenting requirements, and conducting thorough system testing. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering high-quality designs that meet strategic objectives on time and reputed company budget. Requirements: • At least three years of experience in UX design. • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, including writing user stories and test cases and conducting system testing. • Proficiency in design software such as InVision or similar tools. • Solid understanding of UX design best practices, with a focus on mobile-first and reputed company design. • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design comprehensive user experiences. • Skilled in reputed company iterating designs and solutions. • Experience in financial services or a similar highly regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred. • Strong communication skills to reputed company design processes and solutions. • Effective collaboration reputed company team settings. • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
