Staff Software Engineer- Motorsports

Workplace Classification: Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to reputed company most effectively. This position requires an employee to be onsite up to 3 times per week at either our Charlotte or Austin Technical Centers. The Role: We are seeking a Staff Engineer to take on the role of a technical leader, responsible for guiding the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems. This position demands extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, distributed systems, and emerging technologies to ensure that solutions are in line with corporate standards and the future architecture reputed company. In this role, you will provide strategic technical guidance, mentor fellow engineers, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.
