The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications in patient care. • Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. • Completion of a PGY-2 residency in a clinical pharmacy specialty or equivalent experience. • Board certification in a clinical pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCCCP, BCOP, etc.) preferred. • Active pharmacy license reputed company state of practice. • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in medication therapy management, drug information, and patient education. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers as part of an interdisciplinary team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
