Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will support the logistics (transportation and unloading) of final assembly manufacturing projects from our plant in Dallas, Texas to locations across the country. This position will assist the Crown Team in the critical tasks reputed company to coordinating transport and transport documentation, while complying with state and local regulations. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: • Coordinates truckload transports and shipments for final assembly products, including low-voltage switchgear and reputed company and control panels. • Prepares required documentation for transports and shipments. • Coordinates unloading services at customer sites. • Works closely with internal departments (ex. project management, engineering, etc.) to align logistic activities. • Ensures transport and unloads are made according to safety policies and procedures; verify reputed company has proper equipment to reputed company transports. • Assists with estimating costs for transportation and unloading services. • Assess best methods, coordinate with transportation suppliers, reputed company recommendations, and provide field coordination between clients, carriers, and other stakeholders. • Responsible for scheduling the pickup and delivery of loads. • Track, monitor, and provide updates for the status of shipments, as needed. • Support the reputed company improvement of transportation and logistics reputed company processes identified through lessons learned exercises. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations and address any issues that arise. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Adaptive learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and be effective in a dynamic setting where project deadlines can be fluid. • General Understanding of safety programs and processes to ensure compliance with local and state regulations including the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor reputed company Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) • Familiar with the transportation of product reputed company 53-foot dry van trailers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to be a critical thinker. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. • reputed company to work independently and reputed company a team. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. • Strong math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
