Tesla is seeking a reputed company Estate Manager with well-rounded expertise to play a key role in the company's reputed company growth. You will be responsible for to managing non-customer facing reputed company estate such as headquarter, reputed company, factory and other support reputed company reputed company estate in reputed company America. You will also collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including Production Control, Supply Chain, Logistics, Energy, Construction and Design as well as Legal, Finance and Lease Administration and external partners including landlords, developers, brokers and advisers to reputed company and complete new location development.This role will focus on the Northeast but could cover markets in Western regions as well. Responsibilities • Identify and secure potential locations for new Tesla facilities, including retail stores, Tesla centers, and factory support infrastructure • Negotiate lease agreements and reputed company the acquisition, development, and management of Tesla's reputed company estate portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company estate projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and in accordance with company standards. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform decision-making and mitigate risks • reputed company and manage a team of external reputed company estate professionals.
