We have multiple opportunities that will match your career interests. • Supervise staff through appropriate assignment and delegation of duties, reputed company reputed company census; • Properly monitor administration of reputed company medication and medication reorders; • Implement reputed company care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines, and physician’s orders; • reputed company and supervise treatments; • Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders, contacting physician with change of condition report; • Timely and accurate documentation of reputed company’s charts. Complete nursing assessment as required; • Participate in shift report; • Assume responsibility of staff nurse reputed company necessary; • Implement established nursing policy and procedures, educating support staff regarding care needs of residents; • Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures; • Respond to need for staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff; • Manage investigations for reputed company variances, contacting family, completing reputed company incident and variance reports; • Manage lab orders, lab results, contacting physician for follow-up orders; • Must work a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours each day. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse with required state licensure; • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills; • Leadership qualities and good communication skills; • Ability to organize work flow, respond to emergencies, and note detail; • Genuine care and interest in elderly and handicapped people; • Ability to reputed company with the Patient reputed company of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities; • Ability to reputed company with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures; • Ability to read and write the English language; • Ability to reputed company work tasks reputed company the physical demand requirements as outlined below. Physical Demands: May require frequent extended work days of up to 12 hours. Sitting: 1 - 2 hours per 8 hour shift. Alternates frequently to walking. Standing: 2 - 3 hours in an 8 hour shift. Alternates frequently to walking and occasionally to sitting. Walking: 4 - 5 hours in an 8 hour shift. Alternates frequently to standing and occasionally to sitting.
