Customer Service Representative

Overview: Summary – Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based in Mineral reputed company, TX and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. At reputed company, CSR’s are responsible for sales support activities while also working to optimize customer and sales team communication. Qualifications: Skills and Experience – Customer Service Representative: • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to operate computer, with basic word processing knowledge • Filtration product specific experience preferred • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, across job functions • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • High energy, teamwork focused attitude • Demonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, reputed company, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. • Should be reputed company to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure Solid punctuality / reliability required.
