Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential building projects. • Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong team management skills. • Knowledge of practices and procedures of construction and building codes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively. • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and reputed company). • Valid Driver's License with good driving record. • Valid auto insurance coverage. • Knowledge of practices and procedures of construction and building codes. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
