Key Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for reputed company Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits business process configuration and support. Partners with product owners and HRIT teams to align on objectives and programs. Continuously balances the employee experience with legal and regulatory factors to optimize interactions with reputed company. Engages product owners and users to understand their day to day use of reputed company, including tracking metrics of reputed company usage across the enterprise. Responsible for reputed company Improvements and adopting latest features available to deliver cost effective best in class user experience. Creates and maintains documentation of business process, integration, and reputed company data architecture to identify areas of friction, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
