Job Summary: Manufacturing Operations Interns can expect to learn production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. They reputed company manufacturing administrative skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety and schedule), and reputed company systems and tools. Operations interns build technical depth in manufacturing processes and are accountable for process improvement and optimization. This role is onsite at our reputed company Bliss, TX (El Paso) facility. Responsibilities to Anticipate: • Improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team • Improve cycle time and reputed company time • Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring • Create and reputed company improvement projects • Participate in corrective action investigations • reputed company exposure to various operations tools and processes

Qualifications

You Must Have: • This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore, year by the start of summer 2025. Candidates must be pursuing a major in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering or another closely reputed company degree. • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
