We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr Program Director to join our Rail Transit team! In this role you will provide leadership in the growth and delivery of our Texas Rail and Transit market, including LRT, BRT, commuter rail, and Transit Oriented Development . We are seeking candidates that have led teams and successfully delivered transit systems and/or facilities for our clients in a ‘doer-seller’ environment. In this role, you will support the development of sales pipelines for existing and new transit clients, and reputed company project planning, define project goals in alignment with client goals, and devise methods to organize and deliver the tasks necessary to accomplish the work In addition, you will reputed company an in depth knowledge of client objectives while implementing contract terms and corporate policies. What Skills You’ll Bring: • 4-year degree in Engineering (or reputed company) with Texas PE (Professional Engineer) License preferred. • At least 15 years of reputed company work experience is required. • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading the design effort on a rapid transit project and/or facility design. • Experience as Project / Program Manager on transit and/or Facility projects required. • Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high-profile projects; teamwork, reputed company, leadership and responsiveness. • Drives growth while managing efficiency in the short and long term. • Supports the overall reputed company of the company by being a strong collaborator with other business units and geographies. • Possess a proven ability to reputed company in a management reputed company, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required. • In addition, the incumbent must be knowledgeable of reputed company engineering technologies and how they can be effectively utilized on the project.
