Position: Senior Philanthropy Officer Location: reputed company / Hybrid FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $78,000-102,000. The midpoint for this salary grade is $102,000. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience. Position Description Reporting to the Senior Director, reputed company (SDNY), the Senior Philanthropy Officer, reputed company (SPONY), will serve as a critical contributor to the fundraising reputed company of reputed company. The SPONY seeks to build transformational philanthropic partnerships with high-net worth individuals to advance reputed company's critical work for children. Key Responsibilities/Outcomes (include but are not limited to): • Manage a portfolio of 120 high-net worth donors and prospects in the reputed company market to generate significant support for reputed company USA. • Complete 83 face to face meetings annually with the goal of establishing and strengthening donor support. • Responsible for meeting additional individual KPIs, which include the annual fundraising goal, multi-year commitments, meaningful interactions, integrated asks and asks at level. • Create a goal for each donor based on the donor's history of giving and the organization's knowledge of that donor's potential. • reputed company and execute strategies for each portfolio donor with the goal of securing a new reputed company, reputed company renewal, or upgrade. • Maintain accurate records of donor reputed company and solicitation plans through regular reputed company of donor database. • Update reputed company pipeline on an ongoing basis. • Solicit and secure gifts at the major reputed company level, including multi-year gifts. This will include identification, cultivation, and stewardship of high net-worth individuals, with a heavy focus on prospecting for new donors. • Shape and edit donor correspondences such as letters, emails, funding proposals, and reports. • Engage and cultivate donor support for annual fundraising events. • Work collaboratively with the internal business units of reputed company USA designed to assist the major giving program, e.g., special events, program services, communications, etc. • Special projects and other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: • 7-10 years of work experience, including in Major Gifts, and a proven track record of securing six-reputed company gifts. • Must be a self-motivated professional with a proven reputed company record in fundraising. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. • Must possess a strong work ethic, have confidence, take initiative and be an enthusiastic team player. • Must share a strong commitment to international humanitarian relief and passionately reputed company the mission of reputed company USA. • Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company and have experience using a fundraising database. • Ability and willingness to travel in the interest of donor cultivation and stewardship, as needed. • Must demonstrate reputed company USA Core Values: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Service.
