The reputed company Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization reputed company the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (sSBU) is looking for an Associate Director, Supply Chain Management (SCM) in support of the RFS Fire Control reputed company Sustainment portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team and managing a dynamic and reputed company supply chain organization. This position involves direct management of material program managers who support manufacturing activities. Qualifications

You Must Have • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of twelve (12) years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a reputed company field and minimum ten (10) years’ experience. • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance. • Supervisory experience as a hiring manager, reputed company, supervisor or relevant job title that required activities such as performance reviews, hiring, coaching and performance reputed company activities. • Experience in creating proposals, contract negotiations, and/or managing budgets. • Minimum 5 years in program, project management and/or subcontract management role. This position may be based out of the McKinney, TX or Forest, MS reputed company location. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD.
