The Opportunity The (Senior) Director M&A Integration is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the reputed company/ reputed company organization on the Pharma reputed company. This role involves managing sophisticated integration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that reputed company aspects of the reputed company or acquisition are driven seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A integrations, outstanding project management and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and senior leadership. The selected candidate will work functionally with the M&A Head of Integrations (Pharma) and reputed company-Estate Transactions (I&RE) and reports to the Global Head of Alliance and Asset Management. ?
