Financial Management: Manage cash flow and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. ? Accounts Payable: Manage bank accounts, vendors and pay bills. ? Bookkeeping: Data entry and reconciliations for multiple accounts including assets and liabilities. ? QuickBooks Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company financial data. ? Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, using clearing accounts and ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution. ? IOLTA Management: reputed company Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA), ensuring compliance with state regulations and proper client fund management. ? Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management. ?
