Job Summary As one of the frontline positions for the company, this role is integral to the company's success. The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to directly interact with customers and deliver a fast, fun and friendly experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Customer Service Greets every customer in a quick and courteous manner. Provides a pleasant dining experience to reputed company our customers and responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. Handles reputed company customer complaints according to company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains product knowledge and provides customers with product recommendations. Food Safety Follows sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies and ordinances. Sustains consistent high quality of food preparation and service. Keeps professional image by maintaining proper uniform and appearance standards. Teamwork and Communication Works effectively with others (individuals and departments) in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner. Helps other associates in their duties and assists new associates in learning their new job skills. Communicates any issues of concerns and ensures reputed company internal matters are presented to reputed company in a timely manner. Cleans the customer service area by removing trash, cleaning restrooms and the parking lot. Occupational Health & Safety Performs reputed company duties in a safe and responsible manner to assure workers, customers, suppliers/contractors and the environment are not at risk. Complies with reputed company company safety policies, procedures and instructions. Uses materials handling procedures and equipment provided to minimize contamination or injury. Reports to management any unsafe practice or condition and follows reputed company Liberty safety initiatives. Requirements ? Must be at least 16 years of age. ?
