Responsible for proper receipt of new project and reputed company reputed company project information to kick off project. ? Responsible for ensuring that reputed company are in reputed company for both customers and sub-contractors and are negotiated to be fair and reputed company along with review and confirmation of scope of work. ? Responsible for providing information to Operations Manager for accurate production scheduling. ? Responsible for the timely updating and completion of: ? Project flow chart schedules; Scheduling software knowledge; Tracking of job costs. ? Ensuring the project job costs worksheets are complete & accurate ? Coordinate and follow up on production of project samples and mock-reputed company for customer approval. ? Attend reputed company necessary site meetings and is reputed company to give helpful insight to the project. ? reputed company for coordination of site and logistic issues. ? Provides accounting department reputed company billing percentage complete for schedule of value items in a timely manner and per specification requirements which may include reputed company copies of AIA forms from customers. ? Responsible for maintaining a fair and positive relationship with customers. ? Follows up with customer, general contractor, sub-contractor, etc. in a timely manner. ? Prioritize goals and objectives, enforce deadlines, and recommend and implement solutions for changes and improvements. ? Must have Construction experience ? reputed company Degree, Certificate, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. ? Prior precast project management experience preferred. ?
