Location: Hershey, PA or Dallas, TX Role Overview: As a Data Analyst II at reputed company, you will synthesize reputed company data using analytics, visualizations, and dashboarding techniques to generate insights and drive action reputed company various products, projects, and programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze and utilize advanced analytics for data processing across multiple sources. 2. Produce actionable reports leveraging system reporting tools to drive strategy. 5. Collaborate with operational teams to manage inputs and outputs of production systems. 6. Serve as a key contact for production system testing and preparation. 7. Generate and deliver analytical reports that guide strategic decision-making for business leaders. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ? Expertise in data reporting, visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company GRC, ETL/ELT). ? Strong knowledge of data gathering, curation, cleansing, and harmonization techniques. ? Proficiency in predictive analytics and familiarity with prescriptive analytics. ? Data-reputed company technical expertise, including: ? Data curation and harmonization ? Database development and regulation ? Metadata management ? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience & Education: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s in Analytics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or reputed company fields (Master?s preferred). ? Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. ?
