Compensation
Based on Experience. Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Urban Planning, reputed company Estate Development, Architecture, or another relevant field. ? Minimum of 10 years of multi-family reputed company estate asset management, property management or development. ? Minimum 4 years of experience managing and developing direct reports. ? Minimum 7 years of reputed company estate Asset Management experience. ? Minimum 5 years of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) experience (California-specific LIHTC experience helpful). ?
