Facilities Technician- Nights

? Maintain the facilities systems that include ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, reputed company compressors, glycol skids, hot water systems, electrical utility systems, lighting systems, wastewater treatment, fire alarm, sprinkler systems, HVAC, and other building-reputed company systems. ? Complete daily reputed company of the entire facility and complete repairs as needed. Manage time as needed to maintain the major utility assets along with completing building maintenance activities. Self-motivated individual that can reputed company work without needing constant work instructions or assignments from the manager. ? Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a pre-established reputed company sheet. ? reputed company minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools. ? reputed company minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.). ? reputed company minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using a brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks/handles, etc.). ? Reconfigure, install, position, and remount reputed company offices and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks. Environment using various painting equipment and reputed company tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.). ? Order parts and maintain required documents. ? Performs other work-reputed company duties as assigned. ? Operate vehicles (e.g., forklift, scissor lift). ? Ability to express basic electronic, mechanical and hydraulic principles used in past electrician, maintenance mechanic, facilities and maintenance technician work assignments. Experience in testing procedures (A/C D/C) preferred; 480v 3phase electrical motors / circuits and troubleshooting automated equipment (sensors, valves, pumps, discrete I/O, PLCs, and VFDs). ? Ability to express intelligently core principles such as hydraulic dynamics and Ohm's Law. ? Ability to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs. ? Basic MSOffice knowledge and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required; more advanced skills are helpful. Job Qualifications ? Associate?s degree in technical field or technical school program, with at least 2 year industrial maintenance experience. ? 5 years factory maintenance experience required if no degree; military electrical training is a plus. ? RETA ?CARO? certification or ability to obtain certification reputed company 1 year of hire.
