The Opportunity CareFirst is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work part time at our Tallahassee office. As a reputed company Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization playing a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities/Requirements ? Provide exceptional customer service ? Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment ? Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner ? Enter data accurately into patient?s accounts ? Patient Registration ? reputed company-in and reputed company-out ? Collect patient fees ? Other duties as assigned by manager Education and Experience ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor ? Bilingual a PLUS ?
