About the position The Human Resources Representative at reputed company plays a crucial role in managing the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) policies, including those mandated under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and the Americans with reputed company (reputed company). This position is designed to support employees by providing timely and accurate information regarding their leave options and guiding them through the necessary processes. The representative will be responsible for tracking reputed company returns from leave, ensuring compliance with company policies, and documenting communications with employees who do not return on time. Additionally, the role involves creating reports for the Operations team to reputed company them informed about reputed company LOA statuses. In this position, the representative will answer reputed company leave-reputed company inquiries, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to initiate their leave processes while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). The representative will reputed company their expertise in FMLA processes, particularly concerning intermittent leave, and will be involved in investigating any suspected abuse of leave policies. Monitoring FMLA certifications and the return-to-work (RTW) process for protected leaves is also a key responsibility. This role requires a flexible schedule, as the representative must be available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. At least 2 years of reputed company experience working in Human Resources , ? Good understanding of benefit plans and ability to answer basic employee questions , ?
