About the position The Inflight reputed company Supervisor at reputed company Travel Company serves as the primary contact and support for Flight Attendants, managing their day-to-day needs, performance, and safety in an airport environment. This role emphasizes adherence to the company's principles and values while ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. The supervisor is responsible for coaching, developing, and leading flight attendants to reputed company operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans and respond to irregular operations as needed. , ? Work reputed company and be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays to handle irregular operations and flight interruptions. , ? High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a reputed company field preferred. , ? Minimum one (1) year experience as a flight attendant. , ? Minimum two (2) years' experience managing people. , ? Minimum one (1) year experience managing in a union environment. , ? Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). , ?
