We have served the Duval county and surrounding areas for 30+ years. ? *Job Summary:** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, maintenance technicians on the job, and providing administrative support. ? *Responsibilities:** - Manage office supplies inventory - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Oversee vendor relationships and manage office contracts - Maintain organized filing systems - Assist in the development of office policies and procedures - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Manage calendars for team members ? *Requirements:** - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in clerical tasks and data entry - Proficiency in schedule management and calendar coordination We encourage applicants to submit previous job experience.
