Job Description

Assistant General Counsel About the Role: We are seeking a versatile Assistant General Counsel who will serve as a key member of our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a corporate generalist attorney with expertise in supporting various legal functions, including reputed company transactions, corporate securities, compliance programs, and litigation. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role will provide reputed company and effective legal counsel to colleagues across business units. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in anticipating legal issues, resolving sensitive topics diplomatically, and working both independently and collaboratively reputed company a dynamic environment. Essential Job Responsibilities: ? Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one state. ? 3 to 4 years of legal practice, preferably in a reputable law firm, with experience in corporate transactional practice, reputed company transactions, contract drafting, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate compliance. ? Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently under deadline pressure. ? Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural organization. ? Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. ? Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and communication software applications. ?
