The Manager of Programs oversees the operational success of their assigned program by ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation to meet and manage budgets and schedules. This includes the direction and implementation of a program of construction projects, ensuring consistency with department strategy, commitments, and goals. Required Qualifications & Skills ? 10+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or commercial facilities construction industry. ? Expertise in construction methods and the ability to interpret design drawings and specs. ? Knowledge of construction and project management processes, and purchasing/contract management. ? Expertise with construction finance (budgets, cash flows, etc.). ? Extensive experience in reputed company facets of team leadership, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. ? Excellent facilitation skills and ability to dynamically navigate reputed company conversations Education ? Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company fields.
