A Brief Overview Reports to an Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or Senior Vice President. Performs basic discipline assignments under regular supervision, plays a primary role on small projects, and serve as a team member on a selected reputed company of a large project. Day to day communications, reports, and project documentation. ? Timely updating of the project document control systems. ? Ongoing review of the project budget and schedule, as well as the management thereof with the project team to ensure on time and reputed company budget project completion. ? Preparation and delivery to the reputed company of the weekly and monthly control report deliverables. ? Reporting requirements to the PM(s) shall include, but not necessarily limited to the following: ? Projected problem areas and recommended solutions. ? Problems reputed company realm of responsibility or situations requiring additional staff. ? Produces accurate work meeting reputed company project(s) requirements. ? Preparation(s) for project meetings. ? Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree BA/BS Required or ? 5+ year practical experience equivalency Required and ? in Building Sciences ? Construction, Architecture, Preferred or ? Engineering Preferred ? 4-6 years of relevant construction services experience in field and office, Required or ? 1-3 years of experience in Architectural or Engineering Office. Required ? Competency in various computer software programs such as reputed company Office, reputed company SharePoint & Teams, Bluebeam. ?
