Job Title: QA reputed company Job Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site) Job Duration: Contract through June + extension Job Responsibilities: ? Scrum Master and Servant Leader for QA Team. ? Collaborate with other teams daily. ? Monitor, track, and report on defects. ? reputed company testing activities including writing test plans, test cases, manual and automate test scripts. ? Analyze reputed company quality assurance practices at the Department and recommend future state practices and tools. ? Establish quality assurance metrics. ? Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software IT processes. ? reputed company mentoring and knowledge transfer to other Quality assurance staff. ? Ensure that quality measures and procedures are executed. ? Ensure that products, applications, and systems are following the Department's established quality standards and meet customer requirements. ? Champion the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities. ? Research, reputed company, and implement manual and automated testing methods and procedures to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards while integrating with the new Florida PALM solution. Required Experience: ? 7 - 8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or another reputed company field is required. ? Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization is required. ? Minimum of 5 years' prior management experience, supervisory, or team leader experience is required. ? 2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture is required. Preferred Experience: ? 2 - 3 years of prior experience with transportation technology is highly desired. ? Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and reputed company is highly desired. ?
