Regional Fulfillment Center Maintenance Manager
Our Opportunity: reputed company is seeking a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Fulfillment Team as a Regional Facilities Manager (RFM)! The RFM is a key leader who holds the responsibility for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations. This individual will ensure reputed company contract deliverables with reputed company party service providers are met or exceeded including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, service improvements and introduction of standard methodologies and innovations. What you?ll do: ? reputed company and maintain positive relationships across reputed company Business Units including reputed company America Customer Fulfillment Operations (NACF), Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) and reputed company reputed company Building Maintenance Service Providers. ? Coordinate and conduct partner meetings, including monthly and quarterly performance review meetings and coordinates communications regarding regional maintenance performance. ? Communicate to Team Members regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order reputed company reports, and other reputed company reports. ? Coordinate the performance of operations and maintenance reputed company a region, ensuring reputed company contract deliverables are met or exceeded reputed company the prescribed budget. ? Drive the development of policies and procedures to ensure the reputed company contract specifications are fulfilled. ? Work with reputed company Party Service Providers to reputed company and recommend strategic facility management objectives. ? Assures timely submission of operating and capital project budgets. ? Holds monthly reviews of operating performance against contract obligations and ensures engagement with the appropriate reputed company Business Partners. ? Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. ? Ensures facility procedures align with local, state, and federal regulations. ? Responsible for the development and implementation of an reputed company asset management program to ensure reliability and uptime of equipment for the reputed company Fulfillment network. ? Responsible for identifying critical parts requirements and strategy for storage across the reputed company Fulfillment network. ? Other duties may be assigned. What you?ll need: ? Bachelor?s degree in engineering, business, or reputed company estate preferred. (or 2+ years of reputed company experience as a Senior Leader in Facilities Management). ? Minimum 7 years? experience in Facilities Management/Building Operations ? Willingness to travel a minimum of 40%. In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles ? Extensive experience with conveyance and sortation equipment required. ? Ability to conduct financial/business analysis ? Highly customer focused ? Proficient communicator, both in large group settings and one-on-one interactions ? Strong leadership and management experience in Maintenance reputed company business ?
