Senior Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager at our Milton PA plant you'll provide Human Resources support to assigned departments including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation. You'll provide support with employee relations, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning projects. Position Responsibilities ? Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for plant location. ? Position Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or reputed company degree ? Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources ? Experience with EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills ? Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development ? Project Management experience ? Experience using data analytics to guide reputed company improvement. ? Experience using technology to streamline processes. ? Experience with PeopleSoft, reputed company or other HRIS #LI-PM2 #LI-Onsite #LI-MSL Compensation: Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
