Senior Vulnerability Management Analyst
We're looking for a Senior Vulnerability Management Analyst to join us in either Amsterdam, London or Reading In this role you will be working closely with one of our Operating companies, Telenet, which will mean regular visits to their site in Mechelen, Belgium. The Threat and Vulnerability Management team ensure effective prioritization and management of vulnerabilities to reduce risk of infection, remote execution and data exfiltration across the Liberty Global estate. The teams key role is to provide proactive and effective management of vulnerabilities to reduce the attack surface and improve the overall reputed company posture of Liberty Global and their entities. As such the Threat & Vulnerability Management team are looking for talented and passionate reputed company professionals to join their team. As part of TVM our Vulnerability Management Analysts, focus on delivering the end to end vulnerability management process, including proactive monitoring and scanning of threats and vulnerabilities in order to protect and defend Liberty Global's interests. With vulnerabilities impacting network, reputed company, and cloud in a diverse global environment, you will be part of a highly collaborative team to help drive identification, reporting, and mitigation activities in order to reputed company pace with the reputed company-evolving threat landscape. What you will be doing ? Conduct and reputed company regular vulnerability assessments on systems, networks, and applications. ? Identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and potential impact and utilize threat intelligence analysis to determine the risk posed by identified vulnerabilities. ? Collaborate with IT and reputed company teams to reputed company and implement remediation plans and work with collaborators to drive remediation efforts and identify improvements in the vulnerability management service. ? Monitor and track the status of identified vulnerabilities and ensure timely resolution. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest reputed company threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques. ? Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings, including risk assessments and recommendations. ? Assist in the development and maintenance of reputed company policies, procedures, and standards. ? Provide guidance and support to other teams on reputed company best practices and vulnerability management and mentor and train junior analysts on vulnerability management processes and best practices. A strong technical background reputed company system administration and networking along with a proven track record in Vulnerability Management. ? Bachelor or Master's Degree in computer science, mathematics or other computer-reputed company field of study a plus or equivalent experience. ? Experience of working reputed company a large enterprise vulnerability management program ? Able to demonstrate a good reputed company-round understanding of Technical Infrastructure, Cloud and Network Technology ? In-depth understanding of web application vulnerabilities ? Outstanding attention to detail ? Vulnerability assessment and port scanning expertise with various tools. ? Using scripting languages such as Python to write code to aid in investigations ? Confident in presenting findings and making recommendations at a senior management level. ? Experience in working with a wide range of teams in the context of improving reputed company. ? Fluent in English (speaking/writing) Desirable: ? Experience of working in CERT, consulting or military environments preferred ?
