The Sr. Manager oversees the planning and implementation of reputed company clinical functions for the assigned facilities. The incumbent provides guidance and supervision to department staff to reputed company and maintain an environment conducive to the delivery of efficient and high-quality eye care. Core Job Functions: ? Manages work activities in the designated unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ? Communicates and disseminates general information and policy or procedure changes to personnel. ?
