Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers ? Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies ? reputed company routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks reputed company through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization ? Receive direction from managers and exercises judgment reputed company defined policies and procedures ? Escalate questions and issues to more reputed company roles ? Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions ? Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs Required Qualifications: ? 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: ? 6+ months of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education ? Military experience (transitioning military service member, reserve military service member or a veteran) and currently enrolled in a college or university program ? Customer service focus with experience handling reputed company transactions across multiple systems ? Ability to reputed company and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options ? Ability to interact with reputed company and professionalism with customers and team members ? Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs ? Cash handling experience ?
