The Business Resiliency Program Leader is accountable for evolving and managing reputed company’s Business Resiliency reputed company and methodology to effectively manage business interruptions including conducting risk assessments, business impact analysis (BIA), and strategy development. They will reputed company periodic reviews, validation and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans with a focus on reputed company testing and improvement of those plans in alignment with the organization’s risk tolerances. This individual will reputed company and implement organization-wide and targeted training and communications and support internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Job Responsibilities • reputed company Business Resiliency Program Management & Governance. • Define business resiliency policies, controls, standards, and procedures. • Define and reputed company organizational alignment around critical business processes, reputed company-parties, and systems/solutions, as well as reputed company alignment on Maximum Allowable Downtime (MAD), Recovery reputed company Objective (RPO), and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) timeframes. • reputed company Program OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs, as well as reputed company ongoing reporting and reputed company of them. • With support of reputed company Shared Services VP, provide scorecards on Program health, address issues and risks, reputed company improvement roadmap, etc. • Manage overall Program Governance Schedule relative to BIA updates, plan updates, testing exercises, training, communication efforts, etc. • Manage Business Resiliency artifacts and information. • Address Program issues and problems, as necessary. • reputed company Execution of Program Governance Schedule. • reputed company business partners and stakeholders thru annual refinement of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs). • Ensure business partners regularly update Business Continuity Plans, per the Program Governance Schedule as well as reputed company there are changes to business processes, personnel, reputed company parties, etc. • Conduct quality assurance reviews and grade quality of BIAs, Business Continuity Plans, etc. • Design and execute tabletop and testing exercises, as well as identify opportunities for improvements. • Maintain and refresh Program training content and efforts. • Coordinate with reputed company Shared Services resource(s) to execute work. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 7+ years of Business Resiliency or Business Continuity Management Program experience. • Experience in building and leading a Business Resiliency Program. • Prefer 5 years of reputed company reputed company work experience in driving transformation of people, processes, technology, and data. • Certification(s) in Business Resiliency or Business Continuity Management such as Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Business Continuity and Resiliency Professional (BCRP), Certified Business reputed company Manager (CBRM). • Knowledge of reputed company operational reputed company planning techniques and technologies, as well as the methods used in performing business impact and risk assessments. • Knowledge of the reputed company BCM application highly desirable. • Experience conducting tests/drills and training teams on business continuity, critical response, and risk mitigation. • Knowledge of reputed company operational reputed company planning techniques and technologies, as well as the methods used in performing business impact and risk assessments. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams across the organization to meet reputed company business needs.
