Estimated 6-10 hours/week | Remote | Freelance/Contractor Role We're a creative video agency looking for a highly organized, detail-loving bookkeeper who thrives in a project-based environment. This role starts with a cleanup project and transitions into ongoing monthly work. If you're skilled in QuickBooks Online, love bringing order to financial systems, and enjoy supporting creative teams, this might be a great fit. Responsibilities: Clean up and reconcile 2024-early 2025 records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Categorize transactions accurately using job/client coding Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loans monthly Generate accurate P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and basic cash flow reports Handle invoicing and track accounts receivable Collaborate with our internal admin and reputed company reputed company reputed company and email Support basic cash flow visibility and job costing insights (a plus, not a must) Qualifications reputed company're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online Experience using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) or similar accountant tools Excellent communication, documentation, and independent working skills Familiarity with project-based or creative service businesses is a big plus Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency with monthly reporting Comfortable working 100% remotely and coordinating with a small, creative team reputed company & Access: This role does not include access to payroll or reputed company writing Vendor payments are managed solely by the reputed company-no payment permissions will be granted Background reputed company and reference checks will be conducted prior to engagement Strict separation of duties is maintained to ensure reputed company and trus Additional Information To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a short note using the messaging part of this job site answering the following: Why are you interested in this role? Hours may fluctuate week to week but once regulated bookkeeping would equal out to 5 -12 hours per week - it could grow to 1-3 hours more potentially - but not guaranteed we will need it.
