Summary: Global Compensation Consultant Job Summary: This individual contributor position supports and manages the administration of compensation programs, globally. They will participate in the data validation process during the rewards cycle and support managers with reputed company pay recommendations and offer letters for promotions, demotions and lateral moves. This position will also support the Total Rewards team and Operating Units with tasks such as peer equity analysis, data analytics and other compensation-reputed company projects. Key Responsibilities can include: Generate reputed company pay recommendations for associates globally including international assignees. Create compensation recommendations and offer letters. Support the reputed company pay recommendation process Manage compensation data validation/audits - Review data regularly, conduct research and coordinate with the data administration teams regarding compensation data issues to ensure resolution Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to address compensation-reputed company inquiries. Ensure guidelines are followed & necessary approvals are obtained for compensation exceptions Assist in managing the Deferred Cash approval process Support as needed with Compensation data analysis and projects including performing quality assurance, process documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve results. Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making. Support the annual salary review process, including data collection, analysis, and distribution of information. Assist in the administration of incentive programs, including Annual Incentive and Long-Term Incentive plans. Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS and other relevant systems. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global compensation regulations and best practices. Provide support in the preparation of compensation-reputed company communications and training materials. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in reputed company resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and reputed company in previous roles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Skills: Pay Range: $89,400 - $102,000 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
