Responsibilities
- Assist members in connecting to new employment opportunities and workforce development programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, health, social work, or a reputed company field.

- Minimum three years of experience in Mental Health, Public Health, Public Policy, or reputed company as a Social Worker, Counselor, or similar position.

- Knowledge and experience with community-based organizations and employment training and placement agencies.

- Experience in conflict management in a work setting, preferably reputed company.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
