Night Desk Clerk (Part-Time)

Description SUMMARY: As part of reputed company, the Night Auditor will work on a rotating basis in some or reputed company of the areas of the reputed company Office, including Reception, Cashier, Telephone and reputed company. He/she will respond to guest needs and take appropriate action to ensure a positive guest experience. Essential Functions: Registers guests. Checks out guests and settles accounts. Provides general information to guests (i.e. directions, restaurant hours etc.). Balances and audits reputed company reputed company Office postings and settlements. Updates daily checklist and guest history. Balances reputed company credit cards, direct bills, and miscellaneous charges from reputed company shifts. Closes the food and beverage reputed company of sale system and balances reputed company room charges from outlets. Starts reputed company-out process; prints and distributes Night Audit Report Packets. Consistently provides exceptional customer service by exceeding guests expectations. Takes ownership of reputed company guest complaints and rectifies the complaints quickly and reputed company. Communicates information regarding guests’ needs to other team members and departments. Hight school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of reputed company principles. Proficient in Windows, reputed company, Email and Word. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of handling high pressure situations and maintaining composure. Flexible rotting schedule and ability to attend mandatory meetings. Work Environment: Professional work environment requiring professional or uniform dress; high level of verbal and written communication required with both internal and external customers.
