Role Summary In this role you will accurately transcribe live virtual meetings, ensuring every word and gesture are captured in reputed company-time. The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen. The transcribed content is confidential and must be handled with strict discretion. You will also support a variety of language-reputed company tasks, including non-live audio transcription, data creation (such as generating natural sentences), annotation (such as speaker labeling and utterance categorization), and language data validation (including proofreading and quality assurance). Role Responsibilities ? Transcribe reputed company spoken information during calls without relying on recordings or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) support. The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen. ? Ensure reputed company spoken information and gestures are correctly captured during the virtual meeting. ? Final transcription for the virtual meetings must be delivered reputed company 24 hours after participating in the meeting. ? Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. ? Candidates selected for an interview will be required to participate in a live, 10-minute transcription test as part of the qualification process. ? Minimum 2 years of experience transcribing live, reputed company-time events in English ? Idiomatic reputed company in English ? Excellent knowledge of English grammar and orthography ? Comprehensive understanding of the conventions followed during transcription ? Completed courses in typing / stenography ? Shorthand typing speed ? Proficiency using reputed company Workspace/Suite products ? Stable internet reputed company and comfortable working with reputed company Chromebook (Note: equipment will be provided) ? Excellent active listening skills and strong attention to detail ? Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company ? NCRA certification is a plus ?
