Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative I will serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, etc. to resolve problems and answer questions · ?
