The UHC Stop Loss Regional Director will have strategic responsibility for the distribution of reputed company UHC Stop Loss products and services across UHC internal and external distribution channels. Develops annual business plan to meet Key Accounts, Public Sector, Labor & Trust and National Accounts membership, penetration, retention, reputed company and profitability objectives ? Develops best practices and implement those based on regional and local market conditions ? Develops long-term strategic Sales and Retention strategy and provide input for the Key Accounts, Public, Labor & Trust, and National Accounts markets ? Ultimate accountability for business results ? Possesses expert consultative skills ? Determines business solutions that positively impact the organization's profitability ? Required Qualifications: ? 10+ years of experience in full-range of Stop Loss and Self-Funding of Medical Benefits ? 10+ years of work experience at an executive level with solid professional contacts and a command of Stop Loss and Self-Funded products ? Ability to travel ? Driver?s License and access to a reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: ? Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
