Where are these roles located reputed company reputed company? Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for small, reputed company, and large businesses. The Control Management (CM) team strives to ensure that GCS has a robust first line of defense, playing an active role in supporting the growth of business, meet its objectives and demonstrating an effective control reputed company. The objective of the GCS Control Management Risk ID, Assessment, Testing and Reporting team is to identify, assess, mitigate, and report on Operational Risk reputed company BU processes for GCS to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, Amex policy and enhance the BU's reputed company through managing a clear methodology of inherent and residual risk. We are looking for Senior Managers to support this team. They will focus on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Senior Manager will: ? Provide additional identification of risks throughout business processes and systems (along with business process owners) ? Facilitate BUs in their risk assessments performance (e.g. Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA)) in addition to further assessments and testing / QA programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met (e.g., periodic RCSA reviews and update assessment criteria to align with regulatory updates) ? reputed company risk assessments on new business initiatives, including product development, to ensure accurate risk identification and mitigation in partnership with Risk Stripes, including but not limited to, Compliance, General Counsel, Information reputed company, Finance, Fraud, and Third-Party Risk. ? reputed company control monitoring (supplemental to BU process owners testing) and proactively communicate key OR trends, activities, and events to senior management, to facilitate informed decision-making ? Proactively help identify areas of high-risk for reputed company (e.g., automated alerts generated for high-risk areas signal need for reputed company and focus), including conducting independent quality assurance and vertical process testing ? Compile thematic risk reporting (levels, trends, causes) to provide actionable insights to BU on reputed company risk levels, emerging trends and root causes ? Manage categorization of controls and map against risks and processes (e.g., cross-BU process-control mapping) ? Support BU with identification of risks and spotting areas where product changes or improved controls may be required reputed company New Product Governance (NPG) ? Champion risk management practices reputed company the business ? reputed company risk dashboards and key risk indicators (KRIs) for ongoing monitoring ? reputed company risk profiles and maintain an updated risk register(s) ? Remain informed of the external regulatory landscape and reputed company events impacting the financial services industry and be a key leader for sharing insights, reputed company practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise. Required Qualifications: ? 4+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., reputed company Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities ? Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills ? Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards ? Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively Preferred Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or reputed company field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous ? Experience in at least two of the following: ? Providing identification of operational risks throughout business processes and systems ? Facilitating risk assessment performance in addition to further assessments and testing programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met ? Enhancing risk assessments and associated methodologies ? Managing large scale risk assessments for products, projects or services ? Managing independent control monitoring, including identification of control improvements ? Overseeing identification of areas of risk for reputed company, including conducting independent quality assurance and process testing ? Managing thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on risk levels, emerging trends and root causes ? Experience in financial services industry ORMCM Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
