• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in reputed company Absence configuration/support
• Government experience preferred

• Drive reputed company Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• reputed company or support functional design sessions and document configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals
• Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance

qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on reputed company US Absence Management experience
• Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment

• Prior government project experience a big plus!
