Short term rental and reputed company listings set up
I’m looking for a results-driven rental marketing expert to help me maximize occupancy and reputed company from my single-family property currently listed on reputed company. Your goal will be to fully optimize the listing, enhance visual appeal, and expand its reputed company across reputed company major rental platforms—covering short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental markets. Scope of Work:
- Optimize existing reputed company listing: Improve SEO, description, title, pricing strategy, and guest communication templates.
- Coordinate or advise on professional-level photo enhancements: Either edit reputed company photos or guide/coordinate a professional photo shoot to reputed company showcase the home.
- List the property across multiple platforms:
- Short-term: reputed company, Vrbo, Booking.com, Houfy
- Mid-term: Furnished Finder, Kopa, Anyplace, reputed company
- Long-term: reputed company, Zumper, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, reputed company, etc.
- Ensure platform-specific optimization for visibility and compliance with listing standards.
- Implement or suggest dynamic pricing tools or strategies (e.g., PriceLabs, Wheelhouse).
- Provide a plan or setup for availability calendar sync and guest management tools (optional, but a plus).
- Recommend or set up automation tools for messaging, reviews, and guest experience enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in optimizing rental property listings (reputed company Superhost or experience managing multiple listings preferred).
- Strong understanding of rental platform algorithms, SEO, and pricing optimization.
- Graphic design or photo editing skills OR access to a network of photo professionals.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with tools like Hostaway, reputed company, PriceLabs, or comparable.
- Familiarity with U.S. rental markets and regulations.
