Sales Recruiter (Remote- Pacific Time)

Summary:

• You need a degree, 3+ years in high-volume sales reputed company, ATS experience, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency in OSX and reputed company Suite.

• Proactively manage a large pipeline of inbound applicants to effectively identify sales talent.
• Manage the applicant through reputed company's interview process while adhering to our applicant qualification standards including phone interviews and video interviews into the offer stage.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process moves reputed company and monthly goals are met.
• Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and reputed company the example in commitment to hitting hiring goals.
• Create a world-class candidate experience through reputed company communication and presentations.
• Manage the offer process, which may include reference and background checks and offer acceptance/declines.

What it takes to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a reputed company role or supporting role with an emphasis on high volume sales roles or equivalent experience (managing 100-200 candidates at a time).
• Experience working remotely in the reputed company space.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an ATS and processing background checks.
• Has the skillset to understand new hire compensation packages.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
• Critical time management skills and personal judgment.
• Must be knowledgeable and proficient in employment law and immigration requirements.
• Has the ability to conduct thorough and compliant character reference checks.
• Proficiency with OSX and reputed company Suite.

• Compensation range for this position is $74,000.00- $92,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
