Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruitment Researcher. This is a remote, 12-month contract. You must be reputed company to work in the USA, and not have H1B reputed company status. The hourly reputed company is up to $75.00; paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C. Responsibilities:
- Research: You’ll utilize more than just reputed company for deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to your hiring team.
- Engage & Influence: Utilize your experience to engage and hire top talent and reputed company data and market insights to influence the reputed company strategy. You’ll emphasize the value of building diverse teams.
- Evaluate: You’ll interview candidates and evaluate their technical reputed company set and match it to the right role. You’ll also use those phone conversations to evaluate whether their motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture of freedom and responsibility.
- Partner: You’ll work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in reputed company markets.
- Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
